Angelina (formerly known as Snowangel) was adopted back in March, but has found herself back at CACC as a stray, poor girl. She definitely seems stressed out in her kennel - I cant imagine shes happy to be back here - but was easy to leash up and walk outside. Angelina is a smaller girl and it seems as though shes dealing with some skin issues, but she doesnt let that bother her one bit. It takes her a minute to focus (theres a lot going on!) but once she does, shell show off her sit and happily - and gently - take a treat. Angelina is very interested in everything going on in the world around her, but will definitely connect with her person and enjoy pets and scratches - shell sneak in the occasional smooch, too. While Im sad shes back here, Im sure its a better scenario than where she came from and now we have the second chance to find Angelina the safe, secure, permanent, and loving home that she deserves.
Original notes:
Snowangel got her name because she LOVES the snow and could play in it all day. She was running through the foot of snow as if it were nothing. Snowangel loved chasing the toys and will sit nicely for treats. She takes treats gently too. Snowangel would come over and take in the pettinig and offer affection after a bit of playing in the snow. She has so much energy that she has a tendency to pull strongly on leash and jumps up for attention. Snowangel would benefit from an active adopter who is willing to give her lots of exercise and work with her on training to help her develop into a great family pet.
